This is an opportunity to join a high-performing, well established company that works with some of the largest institutional developers within the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.

Role Description:

I am looking for a motivated Senior Project Manager that ideally is chartered with either MCIOB or MRICS to join a dynamic team in Manchester who work mainly within the commercial office sector on CAT A and B fit out work. This full-time, hybrid position involves working closely with senior team members to successfully deliver a variety of commercial projects alongside the Quantity Surveying team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of elements of the projects and provide your guidance and support throughout all RIBA stages of a project.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 4+ years experience of working in the UK construction industry.
  • Technically skilled in being able to carry out project management processes.
  • Focus on attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Willingness to tackle challenges and solve problems.
  • Desire to develop Client and other project relationships.
  • Ability to understand outcomes not just outputs.
  • Ability to take and know when to take initiative without guidance.
  • Ideally MRICS or MCIOB professional qualification.
  • Demonstrable passion for and understanding of the Real Estate and Construction Industry.
