Senior PMO Manager – Corporate Interiors
An established property and construction consultancy is looking for a Senior PMO Manager to support the delivery of major corporate workplace and interiors programmes.
The role will sit within a growing Programme Management function, working across large client accounts and multi-project portfolios.
The focus will be on programme governance, reporting, controls and providing clear portfolio-level oversight to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead PMO delivery across major corporate interiors programmes.
- Manage programme governance, reporting and controls.
- Produce and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reporting.
- Track programme performance, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Consolidate reporting across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Provide senior stakeholders with clear, accurate programme information.
- Work closely with Project Managers to maintain consistent reporting and governance.
- Improve PMO processes, systems and data quality.
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Experience Required
- Strong PMO / Programme Management experience.
- Corporate interiors, workplace or commercial fit-out experience.
- Experience working across large, multi-project programmes or portfolios.
- Strong Power BI skills – essential.
- Strong programme reporting, governance and controls experience.
- Confident working with data and producing senior-level reporting.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
