Iām working with a top-tier consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Senior Claims / Commercial Manager to join their team on a major energy project in London. This is a critical role on a complex scheme that is approaching distressed project status ā and they are seeking a senior-level operator who can bring clarity, structure, and strategic direction to the commercial position.
The successful candidate will need to be a self-starter, capable of working independently, with a strong background in managing claims and navigating complex dispute scenarios. FIDIC contract experience is essential, and any exposure to the Silver Book will be particularly valuable.
