I am working with an established, independent construction and property consultancy with a strong UK and international presence. The firm delivers cost and project management services across commercial office, fit out, hospitality and mixed‑use sectors. Operating within a partner‑led structure, the business offers direct access to leadership, high‑profile schemes and clear progression opportunities.
This is a senior leadership position within the London Cost Management team. You will take strategic ownership of major projects, act as a trusted advisor to key clients and play an active role in developing the team and driving business growth.
Responsibilities- Lead complex projects from feasibility through to final account
- Oversee procurement strategy and commercial delivery
- Manage financial reporting, risk and change control
- Maintain and grow key client relationships
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Contribute to business development and revenue growth
- Degree qualified and MRICS
- Strong consultancy background
- Extensive pre & post-contract experience
- Proven leadership and client management capability
- Experience across office, fit out, hospitality or similar sectors
