COST MANAGER

Up to £60,000 per annum plus company benefits and bonus

WEST LONDON

Capstone recruitment are working exclusively with a medium sized cost management consultancy who specialise in the high-end residential and Hotel Market. They deal with some of the most High-Profile clients in the world who prioritise quality and luxury above all else.

They have and have just entered a new phase of growth and are looking for a senior cost manager to work on one of their new projects in Southwest London who is client facing, articulate and with excellent construction knowledge. They have a wide range of clients with varying project sizes and have excellent progression opportunities, positively promoting an enterprising culture.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Cost Planning
• Tendering / Bill of Quantities production
• Preparation of Contract Documents
• Valuations/Reviewing Variations
• The preparation of Financial Reports to the Client
• Contract administration
• conducting and contributing to Client Meetings

Candidate Requirements

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent certification
• RICS Chartered Surveyor or close to being chartered
• A level of relevant experience
• Driver’s License required
• Confident and articulate – this is a Client facing role
