Our client, a leading development and project management consultancy, is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a rare opportunity to work on one of the world’s most iconic ultra-luxury residential developments, operating at the very top end of the global property market. The business delivers landmark commercial schemes, luxury hotels, private residential developments, and next-generation student accommodation internationally. This role offers strong progression, autonomy, and exposure to world-class projects.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an ultra-luxury £50m+ residential development, with a strong emphasis on high-end design and fit-out. You will work closely with senior leadership and take ownership across the full project lifecycle, with particular involvement in design coordination and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support feasibility and viability assessments
- Lead and coordinate architectural and technical design processes
- Manage consultants through planning and construction phases
- Oversee procurement, contractor negotiations and appointments
- Drive project programmes and critical paths to ensure timely delivery
- Work alongside Quantity Surveyors on cost plans and tender management
- Ensure statutory approvals and compliance requirements are met
- Maintain design intent throughout delivery, ensuring quality execution
About You
- 3–5 years’ experience within construction, consultancy or development
- Strong knowledge of design management and architectural coordination
- Architectural or Design Manager background preferred
- Working knowledge of JCT Design & Build, Traditional or Construction Management contracts
- Solid understanding of project management processes across RIBA stages
- RICS/RIBA/MCIOB (or working towards) advantageous
- Commercially aware, detail-oriented and confident in stakeholder management
