The Role
This is a high-impact, part-time leadership role ideal for a strategic HR professional who thrives in creative, fast-paced environments. As People & Culture Partner, you will work closely with the Board to design and deliver a people strategy that drives performance, engagement, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute strategic people initiatives that align with company goals
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and people systems
- Advise on reward, performance, culture, and organisational design
- Lead ER and change management efforts with input from external advisors
- Deliver key people projects, including salary benchmarking and 360 reviews
- Ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practices
Who You Are
- Senior-level HR generalist with experience in scaling creative or purpose-led businesses
- CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent
- Strong track record in culture-building, change leadership, and HR operations
- Capable of combining strategic oversight with hands-on delivery
- Skilled communicator and trusted advisor at Board level
