MEP Project Manager opportunity in London to lead delivery of a £15m+ MEP package within a £500m+ super-prime residential redevelopment in Mayfair, Central London. The scheme transforms a historic site into an exclusive collection of ultra-luxury apartments and penthouses with emphasis on bespoke interiors and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design coordination, including BIM, for the MEP scope.
  • Resolve design and site blockers between shell & core services and fit-out MEP works with proactive, programme-aligned solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate the installation sequence for all MEP systems within the package.
  • Lead and manage MEP trade contractors, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards.
  • Prepare scopes and oversee procurement of mechanical, electrical, and public health trade contractors.
  • Supervise MEP system installations, ensuring safety, compliance, and adherence to regulations and Employer’s Requirements.
  • Implement robust quality control and safety management procedures.
  • Manage budgets and schedules for the MEP package to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
  • Provide progress updates and maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, trade partners, and the construction management team.
  • Identify any design/ER non-compliance early and propose cost- and programme-efficient solutions.
  • Oversee commissioning and ensure a smooth handover from trade contractors to the client.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience delivering MEP packages on high-end or complex construction projects, ideally multi-million-pound schemes.
  • Strong knowledge of installation sequencing, trade contractor management, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
