Maintenance Manager – High-End Residential Portfolio

Location: Central London

Salary: Up to Β£50,000 + bonus + benefits

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of high-end residential properties in London.

This is a key role within a discreet and service-driven property team, responsible for delivering maintenance excellence to the highest possible professional standards. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, detail-focused approach and significant experience in maintaining luxury residential environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of all residential properties and plant equipment
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation , risk assessments, and best practice standards
  • Schedule, supervise, and document routine inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Liaise with trusted contractors and vendors, reviewing performance and service agreements
  • Co-ordinate with house managers and internal teams to ensure minimal disruption and immaculate presentation during works
  • Produce and submit monthly maintenance reports , including purchase logs, warranties, and site inspections
  • Manage maintenance contracts and procurement processes, from tendering to renewal
  • Be the first point of contact for urgent maintenance issues , ensuring swift and high-quality resolution
  • Investigate and report on any property damage or failures, advising on remedial actions
