Our client is a boutique project management consultancy, recognised for delivering some of the UK’s most prestigious ultra-prime residential developments. They are now seeking a Senior Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the delivery of one of the UK’s most iconic ultra-luxury residential schemes.
Operating at the very top end of the market, this consultancy is defined by its design-led approach, technical excellence, and uncompromising attention to detail. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a truly landmark development where quality and precision are paramount.
The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of a flagship ultra-luxury residential project, leading delivery from inception through to completion. The role requires a strong focus on design management, technical coordination, and ensuring the highest standards of execution across every detail of the scheme.
You will work closely with leading architects, interior designers, and specialist consultants, managing a complex stakeholder environment while safeguarding design intent throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle project delivery (“cradle to grave”) from concept to completion
- Drive design management across architecture, interiors, and technical disciplines
- Coordinate high-end detailing, bespoke finishes, and specialist packages
- Manage consultants and multidisciplinary teams across all RIBA stages
- Oversee procurement strategy, contractor engagement, and tender processes
- Maintain programme control and ensure delivery against critical milestones
- Work closely with cost consultants on budgets, value engineering, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with statutory approvals and regulatory requirements
- Uphold design integrity and exceptional quality throughout all phases
- Manage and influence multiple senior stakeholders, both internal and external
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in project management within consultancy, client-side, or development
- Background in architecture or design management strongly preferred
- Proven experience delivering ultra-prime or luxury residential projects
- Strong technical understanding with a passion for design and detail
- Demonstrated “cradle to grave” project delivery experience
- Highly capable in managing complex stakeholder environments
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and UK delivery routes
- Solid understanding of RIBA stages and design-led project processes
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, organised, and commercially astute
