Our client is a leading development and project management consultancy, renowned for delivering some of the world’s most prestigious ultra‑luxury hospitality and residential destinations. They are now seeking a Project Manager to join their high‑performing team, supporting the delivery of landmark five‑star hotel and branded residence schemes at the pinnacle of the global luxury market. This is a rare opportunity to work within the ultra‑prime hospitality sector, delivering design‑led, internationally recognised assets where quality, detail, and guest experience are paramount.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of high‑value luxury hospitality projects (£50m+), with a strong focus on design excellence, guest experience, and high‑end fit‑out. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, operators, and world‑class design teams, taking ownership across key stages of the project lifecycle. This role is particularly suited to someone with a strong appreciation for luxury design, spatial experience, and the operational requirements of premium hospitality environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support early‑stage feasibility, concept development, and operator coordination
- Lead design management across architecture, interiors, and specialist consultants
- Coordinate high‑end FF&E, bespoke finishes, and brand standards
- Manage consultant teams through planning, procurement, and delivery phases
- Oversee procurement strategies, contractor engagement, and appointments
- Drive programme management, ensuring critical milestones are achieved
- Work closely with cost consultants on budgets, value engineering, and tender processes
- Ensure compliance with statutory approvals and brand/operator requirements
- Maintain design integrity and exceptional quality throughout delivery
About You
- 3–5 years’ experience within consultancy, developer, or client‑side environments
- Exposure to luxury hospitality, hotels, or high‑end residential projects
- Strong design management capability, particularly across interiors and fit‑out
- Background in architecture, interiors, or design management preferred
- Understanding of JCT contracts and delivery routes
- Familiar with RIBA stages and full project lifecycle delivery
- Professional accreditation (RICS/RIBA/MCIOB) or working towards is advantageous
- Highly detail‑oriented, commercially aware, and confident managing premium stakeholders
