A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a fast growing and highly regarded consultancy known for delivering some of the capital's most prestigious commercial developments. Our client has built an outstanding reputation for providing strategic project leadership on complex, high-value schemes. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their expanding team.
The Role
You will take ownership of landmark commercial projects from inception through to completion, leading multidisciplinary teams and acting as the trusted advisor to high-profile clients. Current projects include:
- Major new build commercial office developments valued in excess of £200m
- Large-scale CAT A office fit-outs
- Complex cut and carve refurbishment and redevelopment schemes across Central London
This is a client-facing role offering genuine responsibility, autonomy and the opportunity to work on some of London's most recognisable commercial developments.
About you
You will ideally have:
- Consultancy experience within Project Management
- Proven experience delivering major new build office developments or large CAT A commercial projects
- Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle from inception to completion
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and leadership ability
- MRICS or MCIOB qualification (preferred)
