Overview
Opportunity to step into a key Senior PM role within a global real estate consultancy renowned for its strong culture, high-profile clients, and clear progression. You will lead fast-paced CAT-A & CAT-B office fit-out projects across London’s most iconic commercial spaces.
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of project delivery from concept to completion
- Lead stakeholders - developers, occupiers, architects, and contractors - ensuring commercial and programme objectives are met
- Drive cost, programme, and risk management to achieve best-value outcomes
- Uphold high standards of H&S, quality, and compliance
- Provide clear reporting and client communication throughout
- Mentor junior team members and support wider team growth
What You’ll Bring
- Proven Senior PM experience delivering commercial office fit-outs in London
- Consultancy background with strong client-facing skills
- Chartered status (MRICS or working toward is a plus)
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
