Senior Project Manager / Associate Director

Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 + Package
The Opportunity
The business is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Associate Director to support continued growth across a diverse project portfolio. This is an opportunity to join a growing UK team, gain direct client exposure, and play a key role in shaping both projects and the wider business.
The role suits someone ambitious, commercially aware, and comfortable operating in a lean environment where responsibility and progression come quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects from early feasibility through to completion
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
- Manage programmes, budgets, risk, and reporting
- Support Directors with client relationships and repeat business
- Work across multiple sectors, adapting to varied project requirements
- Contribute to the growth and development of the UK team
Project Sectors
Projects currently include:
- CAT A and CAT B office fit-outs
- Workplace projects
- Logistics and industrial facilities
About You
- Senior Project Manager with approximately 5+ years’ experience
- Strong core project management fundamentals (“good bones”)
- JCT Contract Administration experience is required
- Background from consultancy, main contractor (e.g. CA), or architectural practice considered
- Ambitious, proactive, and commercially minded
- Comfortable working closely with clients and senior stakeholders
- Personality-led hire – collaborative, driven, and adaptable
- Interest in developing business development skills over time (not essential from day one)
