Capstone are working on behalf of an established and highly regarded cost consultancy who are continuing to grow their London team on the back of a strong and secure residential pipeline. We consistently receive excellent feedback from candidates we have placed here, particularly around the firm's collaborative culture and professional standards.
The business works closely with long-standing, developer-led clients and is currently delivering a number of large-scale residential schemes across the capital. As a result, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Cost Manager or an Associate to support their expanding residential workload.
The Role
This position offers the opportunity to work on high-quality large scale residential projects, including BTR and co-living developments. You will be involved across the full project lifecycle, working closely with experienced colleagues and senior stakeholders.
- Delivering pre- and post-contract cost management services on residential schemes
- Preparing cost plans, procurement advice and financial reporting
- Supporting contract administration and commercial management through to final account
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and project teams
- Assisting with the mentoring and development of junior team members
About You
- Strong experience delivering UK residential projects within a consultancy environment
- Currently operating at Senior QS level, or a Senior ready to step up
- Comfortable working on complex, developer-led residential schemes
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, professional approach
- MRICS qualified or working towards chartership (preferred)
