Responsibilities:- Accountable for the client and candidate experience
- Grow your network to develop new and existing business
- Build a talent pool pipeline, establish strong relationships with customers
- Conducting all stages of a recruitment life cycle
- Understanding and analysing the market and sharing insights with your customers
- A highly proactive approach to drive sales opportunities
- Degree qualified preferred
- Established sales, real estate or other relevant work experience
- Professional services recruitment experience would be ideal
- Good knowledge of Bullhorn preferable
- Agile business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
- Effective communication skills and eagerness to learn/grow
- A naturally inquisitive approach and an appreciation for diverse thought and perspective
- A desire to be collaborative with a one team, one goal mindset
- Real grit and resilience to drive you through challenging times
- Highly IT literate with a canâdo approach to embracing new technology
