Capstones Project Management team have an urgent requirement for a Project Manager with retail fit out experience to join their fast growing consultancy team. Our client is working with one of the UKs leading food retailers to deliver high end store refurbishments across their UK portfolio.

This role is a mix of both site-based, office and working from home. You will be overseeing retail fit out works from start to finish, ensuring every store is delivered on time, within budget, and to exacting brand standards. Experience of managing a programme of work would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing end-to-end retail fit out projects across multiple UK sites
  • Overseeing and coordinating contractors and subcontractors on site
  • Ensuring all works meet brand standards, quality expectations, and health & safety requirements
  • Acting as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, and consultants
  • Supporting successful store openings and handovers
Requirements
  • 2–4 years' experience as a Project Manager within retail fit out
  • Food retail experience highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of on-site delivery, contractor management, and retail standards
  • Willingness to travel extensively across UK sites
  • Full UK driving licence
