Capstone Recruitment is working with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy to appoint a Project Director to support the growth of a new and emerging sector within the business. This is a strategic, client-facing hire, suited to an individual with a strong network and the ability to both originate and deliver work, operating across Employer’s Agent and Project Management teams.

The Role

This position sits at the intersection of business development and project delivery, with a key focus on expanding into new sectors while supporting delivery across both EA and PM disciplines.

  • Driving business development and revenue growth across commercial and/or infrastructure sectors
  • Leveraging an established professional network to generate new opportunities
  • Operating across both Employer’s Agent and Project Management teams, supporting a joined-up client offering
  • Acting as a senior client lead, confident in front of stakeholders and leading key meetings
  • Supporting the introduction and growth of a new sector/service line
  • Overseeing delivery of projects across EA and PM commissions

Key Requirements

  • Strong track record in a client-facing, BD-led role
  • Established network within commercial and/or infrastructure markets
  • Background in consultancy (EA, PM, Development or Cost) with solid Employer’s Agent foundations
  • Experience winning work and leading delivery
  • Comfortable operating across multiple service lines (EA & PM)
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to build and grow a pipeline
