We’re seeking an experienced and commercially astute Associate Director to lead high‑end Cat A & B commercial fit‑out projects across London. This role sits within a lean, dynamic consultancy, offering full‑lifecycle project ownership and strategic input into business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex, fast‑track commercial fit‑out schemes from pre‑construction through to completion.
- Act as the senior point of contact for clients, overseeing project delivery teams and ensuring successful stakeholder coordination.
- Take contractual ownership including JCT administration, procurement strategy, and risk management.
- Provide leadership across project reporting, cost control, programme tracking, and contractor performance.
- Contribute to business development, team mentoring, and broader operational initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in project management, with recent leadership in commercial fit‑outs.
- In‑depth knowledge of JCT contract forms and associated project controls.
- Proven ability to lead client relationships and project teams.
