An opportunity to join a London-based consultancy delivering ultra-luxury projects for a high-net-worth client base. The practice specialises in private residences, 5*+ hotels, design-led ski resorts, and luxury European resorts, working on complex, architecturally driven schemes globally. They are seeking a Senior MEP Manager with strong experience in luxury hospitality and high-end residential environments to support the technical delivery of projects from design through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage mechanical and electrical packages across luxury hospitality and residential projects
  • Oversee MEP delivery from design development through commissioning and handover
  • Manage and coordinate specialist MEP contractors and consultants
  • Review technical submissions, monitor quality, and manage risk
  • Support commissioning strategies and ensure systems are delivered to performance requirements
  • Work closely with design teams, clients, and contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Contribute to international projects across multiple regions

Experience & Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years’ industry experience
  • 5+ years’ experience specialising in MEP delivery
  • Strong understanding of commissioning within complex building projects
  • Proven experience managing mechanical and electrical packages
  • Demonstrated ability to appoint, manage, and oversee specialist contractors
  • Background in accommodation projects, ideally luxury hospitality and high-end residential
  • Comfortable working on international projects with variable travel requirements

Projects are primarily located across the UK, Europe, the US, and South America. International travel is required, with frequency varying depending on project needs.
