Director of Sales & Market Growth Location: London (hybrid) Salary: Up to £90,000 (flexible) + highly competitive commission structure Capstone have partnered with a prestigious Interior Design & Architecture Studio, who are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Director of Sales & Market Growth to spearhead sales efforts and drive ambitious revenue targets outside their current client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals, with a strong understanding of the luxury market across the UK and overseas. This role is critical to the growth and success of the studio, aiming for a sales target of £1+ million annually. This new role reports directly to the Founder Director while working closely with the Finance Director on sales strategies and targets to include both the UK and International opportunities. As such, the ideal candidate should have the strategic mindset to help the studio grow and diversify into new luxury markets with a strong focus in the commercial, retail and hotel industries. Collaboration with the Client Relationship Director will be pivotal to manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring alignment in client communication, brand positioning and relationship management strategies. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales role, preferably as a Sales Director. Proven track record of achieving significant sales targets. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
