The Opportunity
A leading real estate investment and management business is seeking a commercially driven Head of Property Management to lead its property management platform. This is a strategic, high-impact role for someone with the blend of operational excellence and business development drive needed to scale a national portfolio and secure new third-party mandates.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders to take ownership of property operations, asset management strategies, and the growth of managed assets, delivering both strong income performance and long-term value creation.
The Portfolio
The portfolio comprises a mix of office, retail, and industrial properties across the North and South of England, supported by a flex office platform and active joint venture development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the property management function, ensuring operational excellence and tenant satisfaction.
- Drive business development by identifying and securing new third-party management mandates.
- Deliver end-to-end property and asset management across a diverse commercial portfolio.
- Lead on lease events including renewals, re-gears, and rent reviews.
- Oversee mobilisation of new assets, acquisitions, and disposals.
- Manage external consultants, agents, and contractors to deliver best value.
- Ensure full compliance with property legislation, health & safety, and ESG requirements.
- Provide leadership on budgets, service charges, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Champion tenant engagement and retention strategies to maximise income and long-term value.

- Strong knowledge of UK commercial real estate (offices, industrial, or mixed-use).
