Graduate Quantity Surveyor – Real Estate Consultancy

Up to £30,000 per annum plus bonus

London | Permanent | Full-time

We’re working with a leading consultancy in London that’s looking to bring on a Graduate Quantity Surveyor as they continue to grow their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a recent or upcoming graduate to launch their QS career in a well-established, sociable, and supportive environment.

The Role:

You\’ll be working alongside experienced professionals on a variety of projects — including commercial, retail, and large-scale regeneration schemes. As a Graduate QS, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with cost plans and feasibility studies
• Supporting tendering and procurement processes
• Helping with valuations and cost reporting
• Attending site visits and client meetings
• Working towards your chartership with full APC support

What They’re Looking For:

• A RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying (or similar)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude
• An interest in developing a long-term career in cost consultancy
• Industry experience (placement or internship) is a bonus, but not essential
