The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and MRICS-qualified General Practice Surveyor to join our dynamic Professional team of Registered Valuers and Lease Advisory experts. This role offers a mix of lease advisory and valuation work across a variety of commercial asset classes, with excellent support from in-house agency teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute and self-motivated individual looking to deepen their experience in professional services while contributing to the growth of the team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver professional instructions including rent reviews, lease renewals, and Red Book valuations.
  • Undertake valuations and development appraisals for loan security, acquisition, and financial reporting purposes.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and provide technical advice to clients across a range of commercial property sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with a broad portfolio of clients, ensuring a high level of service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal agency teams to support and strengthen lease advisory and valuation activities.
  • Take an active role in business development, identifying new opportunities to grow the service line.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, managing your own caseload and contributing to wider team success.

Candidate Requirements

  • MRICS qualified with a degree from a RICS-accredited programme.
  • Registered Valuer (preferred).
  • Experience in Lease Advisory and/or Valuation services (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Organised, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
  • Commercially aware with a professional and client-focused approach.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
