The Project
This is a rare opportunity to work on a high-profile £15M luxury spa forming part of a wider ultra-prime residential development in Mayfair . The project is currently on site, requiring exceptional delivery standards, coordination, and discretion.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site & Logistics Manager to lead day-to-day site operations and logistics management. You will oversee site setup, deliveries, storage, traffic management, waste control, and contractor movement to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of this complex, restricted-access project.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site logistics and daily operations
- Manage delivery schedules, site access, hoarding, and storage
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site teams for material movements
- Implement traffic management plans and enforce H&S compliance
- Maintain site cleanliness, waste management, and recycling protocols
- Liaise closely with Project Manager and client team to ensure seamless site activity
- Handle permits, logistics reporting, and stakeholder updates
Requirements
- Proven experience managing logistics on high-end or ultra-prime construction projects
- Strong site coordination and communication skills
- Comfortable working in tight-access, high-security central London sites
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certification
- Ability to work independently and proactively within a small, high-performing team
- Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented – able to meet UHNWI standards
