About the Company
Capstone have partnered with a boutique property investment firm specialising in both residential and commercial acquisitions, including traditional purchases and company acquisitions. Our team operates at a fast pace with a dynamic deal flow and a focus on high-quality investment opportunities.
Role Overview
They are seeking an RICS-qualified Surveyor (minimum 2 years PQE) to join them on a temporary basis to support the acquisitions team. You’ll work closely with the Acquisition Surveyor and Director, playing an active role in the evaluation and appraisal of property investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide headline analysis of tenancy schedules and lease documentation
- Carry out site inspections, compiling photographic and video records
- Assist in identifying value-add opportunities within the portfolio
- Support the acquisitions process from initial assessment through to legal review
- Prepare concise reports summarising key opportunities and risks
- Use market tools (e.g., CoStar, EG) to source comparable data and market insights
- Engage with vendors, agents, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- RICS qualified with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in either residential or commercial investments/acquisitions
- Confident working in a fast-paced, client-side environment
- Available to start immediately or within a few days
