The Opportunity:
This leadership role offers the chance to oversee the delivery of landmark urban developments, including 30- to 50-storey towers in prime city locations. You will take ownership of the technical design, procurement, and construction phases, working alongside a seasoned team of development professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the transition from design to construction across complex, high-rise developments.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies, appointing and managing contractors and consultants.
