With a bold vision to expand its flexible workspace footprint from 500,000 sq ft to 1 million sq ft by 2028, the company is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation.

About the Role

This is a newly created, permanent opportunity to support the delivery of Day 2 fit-out and refresh projects across the company\’s expanding flex workspace portfolio. You’ll manage small works and minor refurbishments that enhance and maintain high-quality, operational workspace experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Day 2 projects (up to Β£250k), including meeting rooms, phone booths, FF&E, paintwork, flooring, dressing, planting, joinery, and lighting
  • Conduct site visits and scoping sessions with project managers, leasing, customer experience, and portfolio teams
  • Produce design documentation using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp β€” including GA sets, finishes, layouts, lighting plans, and joinery details
  • Manage FF&E specification and procurement β€” sourcing, pricing, and selecting fabrics, furniture, rugs, and lighting, with an emphasis on reusing inventory where feasible
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to uphold design and delivery standards
  • Support compliance, procurement, and project documentation through SharePoint

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–10 years’ experience in interior or workplace design
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Proven experience with Day 2 or post-occupancy fit-out and refresh projects
  • Deep knowledge of FF&E sourcing and supplier management
  • Comfortable working on-site and directly coordinating with contractors
  • Strong project management and costing skills β€” able to juggle multiple active projects
  • Pragmatic and delivery-focused β€” capable of executing quick-turnaround tasks with care

Cultural Fit

  • Collaborative and ego-free β€” thrives in a team-oriented, delivery-focused environment
  • Adaptable and flexible β€” happy to support Day 1 delivery when needed
  • Highly organised and proactive β€” enjoys working at pace in an embedded team
  • Passionate about creating high-quality workspaces and exceptional user experiences

Preferred Background

  • Degree-qualified in interior design or architecture
  • Experience with a leading design studio in workplace or flexible workspace design
  • Knowledge of coworking/flex operators or premium workplace environments
  • Hospitality design experience a plus (particularly in FF&E, art, and styling)
