I'm working with a leading consultancy seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to support the delivery of a major infrastructure programme.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused professional with significant experience in tunnelling and underground construction environments who is looking to work on complex, large-scale infrastructure projects.
Key Requirements- Proven experience working on tunnelling and underground construction projects.
- Strong understanding of TBM operations, shaft construction, underground structures, and associated commercial considerations.
- Experience undertaking commercial assurance, cost reviews, commercial risk assessments, and contractor engagement.
- Strong commercial management, quantity surveying, and contract administration experience.
- Ideally 12+ years of relevant industry experience within major infrastructure, rail, utilities, water, or heavy civil engineering projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Salary of £90,000 - £100,000
