Capstone\’s Cost Management team are working with one of the UKs leading PQS firms to recruit an Associate Cost Manager to join their London team and play a key role in shaping dynamic, cutting-edge workspaces across the capital.
The RoleYou\’ll be responsible for delivering cost management services across a portfolio of commercial fit out projects, spanning both CAT A (cut & carve) and CAT B. Working closely with major corporate occupiers, you\’ll bring commercial insight, technical expertise, and client-facing confidence to ensure successful project outcomes from inception to completion. You will also be mentoring junior members of the team with fast career progression to Director level for those who come in and perform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cost management duties on complex commercial fit out projects
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
Advise clients on procurement strategies and contract administration
Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and trust
Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practice across the business
About You
MRICS qualified (or close to achieving chartership)
Proven track record delivering commercial fit out projects in London
Strong experience across CAT A (cut & carve) and CAT B schemes
Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to progress quickly
