Python Process Automation Engineer

Responsibilities and Impact: Develop Python-based automation scripts and tools to eliminate manual processes across various business units Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand workflows, and identify automation opportunities Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions to ensure reliability and scalability Document processes and solutions clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences Work with the broader technology team to integrate automation tools into enterprise systems where applicable Our future colleague has these skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in software development or process automation Proficiency in Python, with experience using libraries such as Pandas, Requests, or Selenium Familiarity with SQL and working with relational databases Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset Experience with REST APIs and scripting for data integration Bonus Skills: Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Airflow, Zapier, UiPath) Exposure to financial services or working with financial data Benefits and Compensation Information: Our team is our most important asset and investment.
