Overview

The Infrastructure team provides foundational technology, engineering, security, and support systems that power the innovative services at the heart of Capstone\’s investment strategies. We seek a highly motivated technologist driven to provide exemplary customer service in a global environment and to deliver cutting‑edge solutions to interesting problems.

Core Skills & Qualifications

• Proven 5+ years of engineering and operations experience in globally distributed hybrid infrastructure, preferably in the financial sector centered on trading of equity, credit, and derivative products.
• Service‑oriented mentality focused on responsiveness, accountability, timely completion of tasks, and teamwork.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong documentation, cross‑training, and information‑sharing practices that continuously improve technology service delivery.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft identity platforms (Entra ID, Active Directory), infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, NAC, Certificate Services) and Microsoft 365.
• Windows systems engineering experience (Group Policy, Intune, Ivanti EPM, Neurons) with a focus on lifecycle management, security, and reliability.
• Administration of virtualization and containerization technologies (VMware, Hyper V, Docker, Podman).
• Operations of data‑protection systems (Commvault, Rubrik, Zerto, Azure Site Recovery) supporting backup, restore, replication, and disaster recovery.
• Management of observability and alerting tools (Grafana Cloud, LogicMonitor, Elastic, OpsGenie).
• Process and task automation using PowerShell and Python.
• Service management practices and tools (ITIL, ITAM, ITSM) and project‑management tools (Confluence, JIRA, ServiceNow).

Bonus Skills

• Experience architecting enterprise systems including storage, network, and computing.
• Linux administration, preferably Red Hat.
• Proficiency with multi‑cloud platforms (Google, Azure, AWS).
