The Team: The Infrastructure team provides foundational technology, engineering, security, and support systems that power the innovative services at the heart of Capstone’s investment strategies. We’re looking for a highly motivated technologist driven to provide exemplary customer service in a global environment. You’ll partner with professionals across the firm to deliver cutting edge solutions to interesting problems.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, possesses exceptional problem-solving skills, a collaborative mentality, and an ability to bring innovative ideas to life. The role offers great exposure to the many and varied areas of the hedge fund.

Our future colleague has these skills:

  • 3-5 years working experience, ideally in the financial sector, centered in trading of equity, credit, and derivative products.
  • Service-oriented mentality; focusing on exceptional responsiveness, accountability, timely completion of tasks, and teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Diligence in task tracking, documentation, cross-training, and information sharing to continuously improve technology service delivery.
  • Experience using service management tools and best practices (ITIL, ITAM, ITSM).
  • Proficiency working in Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server).
  • Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID Services.
  • Management of mobile devices (iOS/Android) in Intune.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 and associated platforms.
  • Experience with audio/video conferencing and collaboration technologies.
  • Familiarity with remote access, VPN, and SASE tools.
