Position Overview: Capstone Foster Care have developed a Multi-disciplinary Assessment, Treatment and Therapy Service (MATTS) which provides assessment, consultation and treatment to children and young people looked after in their fostering services. We are currently looking for a Forensic Psychologist with some capacity in their existing client portfolios. Team members are self employed and are commissioned to undertake specific pieces of assessment and intervention. Work will include undertaking clinical support to the foster carers and to the professional network, as well as undertaking specialist assessment of the child or young person and offering direct intervention. This is a unique, multidisciplinary service working in an adaptive and responsive way, to support children and young people within their foster family.
