Assessors needed in Warrington, Lytham, Blackpool, Burnley and Blackburn. If you could support us as an independent assessing social worker where you will be undertaking Form F's, dealing with complaints and foster carer reviews, we want to hear from you.

Are you an experienced Form F Assessor looking for additional work? Our Form F Assessors will need to be:

  • A qualified social worker with experience of completing Form F assessments within the last 12 months
  • SWE registered
  • Ideally have an enhanced DBS on the update service
  • A good knowledge of the fostering regulations, childcare law and safeguarding issues is essential
