The Role:
We\'re seeking an experienced, versatile multi-tradesperson with strong expertise in drylining or tiling to join our dynamic team, working in commercial spaces, delivering exceptional finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
Drylining: Measure, cut, & install plasterboard on walls/ceilings; tape, joint, & sand surfaces smooth for decoration.
Tiling: Prepare surfaces & expertly install wall & floor tiles (ceramic, porcelain, natural stone) to a high standard.
General Building: Carry out other related tasks like basic carpentry, painting, & minor plumbing/electrical work as needed.
Quality: Ensure all work meets exacting standards, with meticulous attention to detail and a professional finish.
Client Interaction: Maintain a professional approach & provide outstanding customer service on-site.
Site Management: Transport materials, keep work areas tidy, & maintain health & safety compliance.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a dry liner or tiler (portfolio/examples essential).
Strong skills in plaster boarding, jointing, & all tiling methods.
Ability to perform other trades (carpentry, painting) is a significant advantage.
Excellent manual skill, precision, & problem-solving skills.
Own tools for either trade is required.
Strong communication skills & a commitment to quality.

£195 Per Day - Self Employed Position
Working on various projects and locations across London and the South East. Works mainly concentrated in the Central London area but will be needed to work outside of this area, as and when required.
