What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day client communication across WhatsApp and email.
- Coordinate timelines, resources, and delivery schedules across multiple accounts.
- Assign work to editors/designers, ensuring smooth workflow and clear expectations.
- Oversee content reviews through Frame.io (or similar), ensuring quality and accuracy before client delivery.
- Translate client needs into actionable creative briefs, and suggest ideas when clients request guidance.
- Keep projects organised inside Notion, Frame, Google Drive and Google Sheets, maintaining clean folders, naming conventions, and documentation.
- Monitor KPIs using our Google Sheets CMS.
- Support the team in resolving issues quickly, keeping projects moving and clients informed.
- Stay aware of social trends, platform requirements, and best practices so our output is always contemporary and high-quality.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of project management or account coordination experience (agency or content preferred, but flexible).
- Native-level English with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable managing multiple clients, tasks, and deadlines at once.
- Strong organisational instincts and a proactive problem-solver.
- Ability to give clear feedback and hold editors accountable to deadlines.
- Understanding of content production and social media trends (editing ability is a bonus but not required).
- Reliable schedule for client communication, with some flexibility in hours.
