Were now seeking aHead of Apprenticeships and Business Engagement a confident, strategic, and inspiring leader who will shape the future of our apprenticeship and employer provision. This is a pivotal role, combining operational excellence, compliance, and employer partnership with a deep commitment to learner success.

What Youll Do

  • Lead the Colleges apprenticeship, business engagement, and work experience (WEX) provision.
  • Ensure compliance with DfE funding rules, Ofsted standards, and audit readiness.
  • Drive continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and assessment, including English and maths.
  • Build strong, strategic relationships with employers, awarding bodies, and regional stakeholders.
  • Line manage and develop high-performing delivery teams and curriculum leads.
  • Translate strategic goals into measurable outcomes across apprenticeships and skills.
