Are you an experienced Painter & Decorator? Capstone Construction are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team!
Capstone Construction Ltd are an Inverness-based construction company who specialise in new build housing projects but also complete a range of both domestic and commercial new build and refurbishment projects throughout the Highlands and Moray.
As a permanent member of our Painting & Decorating team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a diverse range of projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to client specifications.
- Apply different paint systems to achieve the desired finish.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring safety standards are adhered to.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Painter/Decorator.
- Comprehensive knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Valid CSCS card is preferred but not essential.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
