Capsticks Solicitors LLP is seeking a self-motivated and ambitious Associate / Senior Associate to join our highly regarded clinical negligence team. The successful candidate will be expected to have litigation experience and demonstrate an interest in defendant clinical negligence work, as well as understanding the needs of our client base.

The role will involve managing a caseload of claims on instructions from NHS Resolution and potentially assisting other members of the team on higher value or complex claims involving maximum severity injuries. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work closely with a partner who will supervise your work, and there will be opportunities for client contact and business development.
