The firm's national Housing Management team carries out a full range of work for its housing association, local authority and co-operative clients from across the voluntary, public and private sectors.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Management Associate to join our team. The role will involve responsibility for your own caseload, with some support available from Paralegals as well as working closely with the Partners and other Lawyers. For those of you who have an interest in growing business from existing clients as well as targeting and attracting new clients there could also be an opportunity to develop this.
Skills and Experience
- The successful candidate will be someone who can work closely with clients, provide first class practical advice and who is technically proficient in housing management work.
- Prior experience in running a high quality litigation caseload, anti-social behaviour, residential possession claims, civil injunctions and housing disrepair will be highly regarded.
