The Employment division comprises over 110 fee earners and, as the UK's leading supplier of employment law services to employers in the health and social care sectors, carries out work for over 150 NHS and private healthcare bodies throughout the UK, alongside clients in police, housing, local government and all our other major sectors. The division provides legal advice and training on the full range of employment law issues, supporting clients from board level to generalist HR practitioners, and has a reputation for handling the most sensitive and high-profile employment law cases. The Role and Responsibilities

Associate/Senior Associate based in the Birmingham office. Work on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters including general employment advisory work, handling of employment tribunal claims, EDI, whistleblowing, advising on reorganisation and redundancy issues, and the application of healthcare legislation to routine employment law scenarios.

Skills and Experience

Experience of employment litigation. Good client handling skills and the ability to work well with other team members.
