Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm

Sales Executive Role

This role is all about converting warm/hot leads - customers who have already registered interest online but haven’t completed a purchase yet.

  • Calling leads generated via our website (warm prospects)
  • Taking inbound calls and guiding customers through the buying journey
  • Reigniting interest by selling features and benefits clearly and confidently
  • Listening for buying signals and overcoming objections
  • Building rapport and closing sales through consultative B2C conversations
  • Keeping your pipeline and activity up to date in Salesforce / CRM
What We’re Looking For in our Sales Team

We will only consider applicants with clear contact centre sales experience. Ideally you’ll have:

  • Proven B2C telesales experience (comfortable selling higher-value products/services)
  • Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
  • Great written and spoken English
  • Experience using a CRM
  • Motivation, resilience, and a hunger to hit targets and earn commission
Pay & Progression

£25,000 starting basic salary. Uncapped earning potential with realistic OTE £45,000+. Top performers earning £70,000+. Development pathway to Elite Agent status with a £30,000 basic salary.
