We’re looking for a talented UI/Digital Designer to join our Digital Marketing team on a part‑time basis (2 days per week) in our Manchester office. In this role, you’ll create high‑quality visual designs that elevate our brand across web, email, social media, digital advertising, and occasional print. If you have a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling and love turning creative briefs into impactful digital experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high‑quality UI designs for web pages, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
- Design digital marketing assets including banners, social media graphics, email templates, and promotional visuals.
- Produce on‑brand print materials when needed (flyers, posters, brochures).
- Maintain and expand our brand’s visual identity across all platforms.
- Ensure consistency in style, tone, and design quality across digital channels.
- Optimise existing designs and update creative assets based on performance, brand evolution, or campaign needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to deliver assets that meet both creative and technical requirements.
- Prepare production‑ready files for both digital and print outputs.
- Maintain design libraries, templates, and shared design assets in Figma.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven professional experience as a UI, Digital, or Graphic Designer.
- High proficiency in Figma (components, prototyping, styles, asset libraries).
- Strong skills in visual design, layout, composition, colour theory, and typography.
- Experience creating designs for web, social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing.
- Ability to produce clean, organised, and developer‑ready design files.
- Experience preparing print‑ready artwork (preferred).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for producing polished, impactful visuals.
- A portfolio showcasing high‑quality digital design work.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: up to ÂŁ31,000 per annum (pro rata)
- 15‑hour working week (split over 2 days, with opportunity for additional ad‑hoc hours)
