The Role: We’re looking for a Senior Operations Manager to be the COO’s operational right hand — the person who makes sure our strategy turns into action, and nothing important slips through the cracks. You’ll own how we track company priorities, drive accountability across teams, and spot issues early before they impact customers or partners. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments, enjoys building systems from scratch, and knows how to influence without formal authority.
What you’ll do:
- Own tracking of company North Stars and key initiatives
- Create clear dashboards and reporting for leadership
- Drive follow‑through on commitments across teams
- Coordinate complex, cross‑functional work

What we’re looking for:
- 5–7+ years in operations, programme management, chief of staff, or similar roles
- Experience in high‑growth or start‑up environments

- Experience with Asana an advantage
