Our client is a fast-growing, Series B SaaS company helping mid-market organisations modernise their finance operations. They are fully remote, UK-based, and united by a bias for action and a passion for making complex things simple for their customers.
As they scale, Revenue Operations is playing a critical role in keeping Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success aligned, efficient, and focused on impact.
The role:
Our client is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join their RevOps team and help drive execution across high-impact, cross-functional projects. Reporting to the Revenue Operations Lead, you’ll be a hands-on individual contributor owning initiatives across marketing attribution, demand generation reporting, automation, and GTM systems. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building scalable systems, turning messy data into insight, and working closely with non-technical stakeholders across the full revenue funnel.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and deliver cross-functional RevOps projects from discovery through implementation and retrospectives.
- Design and maintain marketing attribution and performance reporting, including multi-touch attribution models, campaign ROI, and demand generation dashboards.
- Build and optimise marketing automation in HubSpot, including workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle management, and marketing-to-sales handoffs.
- Implement UTM standards and ensure data accuracy across the funnel.
- Scope and deliver AI-native and no-code automations using tools like HubSpot workflows, Zapier, n8n, and enrichment platforms.
- Monitor GTM system health, data quality, and funnel performance, identifying bottlenecks and driving continuous improvement.
- Support evaluation and integration of new GTM and marketing technologies as we evolve our stack.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or a RevOps Analyst role within B2B SaaS or a tech-enabled business.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, lead scoring, and lifecycle management.
- Proven experience building attribution models (first-touch, multi-touch, or custom) and marketing performance reporting.
- Experience with modern GTM and analytics tools such as Demandbase, 6Sense, Clay, Google Analytics, Funnel, Hockeystack, Looker, or Power BI.
- Comfortable working across marketing, sales, and customer success, balancing detail with big-picture thinking.
- A systems thinker who enjoys solving complex problems and building scalable, repeatable processes.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with non-technical stakeholders.
What’s on offer:
- Competitive salary with performance incentives.
- Full private health and vision cover.
- Clear progression and growth opportunities as we scale.
- Learning budget for courses and conferences.
- Fully remote working with flexible hours.
- 25 days’ holiday plus.
