The Role
As a Founder's Associate at Capsa AI, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring team alignment. You will partner with the CEO to set business priorities, serve PE customers, support business development, manage planning processes, conduct business analyses, and oversee key operational activities. You will also assist with daily administrative tasks and facilitate effective communication within the team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and make a significant impact on our growing company.
Location: London, UK (Hybrid, In-person at least 4 days per week)
Experience Required: 2-5 years
Remuneration: Highly Competitive + Generous ESOP. Varies by level of experience.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO to set business priorities, execute key initiatives, and ensure team alignment.
- Support business development initiatives, including sales, customer support, and developing internal operating models.
- Manage the planning processes for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual company activities.
- Conduct analyses and provide recommendations for effective business decisions.
- Oversee key operational processes (leadership meetings, All Hands, OKR reviews), including agenda preparation, discussion facilitation, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Assist the CEO with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a comparable subject from a university or business school with an excellent academic track record.
- You have 2-5 years of experience working in private equity, management consulting, investment banking, or industry groups, specifically in operations strategy and business analysis.
- You have data analysis and financial modeling skills, with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- You have strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse internal and external audiences.
- You are capable of managing projects and tight deadlines with autonomy.
- You are business fluent in English.
