Our mobile game is on the way to partner with the likes of Chupa Chups and other major brands, with a full tabletop edition and physical packs launching this year.
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who can bridge Unity gameplay systems, backend architecture, and C++-level performance optimisation. You’ll join a small, fast-moving team where ideas go from prototype to live test in days — not months.
Responsibilities

- Build and optimise gameplay systems, APIs, and integrations (matchmaking, inventory, leaderboard, etc.)
- Work closely with designers and product leads to bring new mechanics to life
- Implement secure data handling, scalable storage, and server logic for multiplayer features
- Optimize performance and debugging across platforms (mobile, web, AR)
- Support deployment pipelines and version control workflows (Git, CI/CD)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Full Stack or Game Development
- Strong proficiency in Unity (C#) and C++ (for performance modules or plugin development)
- Understanding of client-server architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud services (Firebase, AWS, etc.)
- Experience with real-time multiplayer or physics-based games a strong plus
- Familiar with version control (Git), task management tools, and agile workflows
- Ability to work independently, iterate fast, and deliver clean, maintainable code
- English required; Russian language a strong advantage (internal comms)
Nice to Have
- Experience with mobile optimization (iOS/Android)
- Knowledge of AR/VR frameworks
- Basic understanding of monetization systems and leaderboards
- Experience integrating analytics, user accounts, or cloud saves
What We Offer
- Work on a game that merges nostalgia and innovation
- Fully remote or hybrid setup with flexible hours
- Flat team structure – your ideas shape the product directly
- Potential for long-term role across multiple upcoming game titles
- Competitive compensation based on experience and contribution
