We are looking for a creative, passionate, and enthusiastic chef to join our street food kitchen team based at our Brewery in Bishop Auckland. We operate in a fast-paced environment in an open kitchen, talking to customers, taking money/orders and being a friendly face of our brand.

OUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Passion for preparing and cooking quality fresh food
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene
  • Confident enough to question the way things are done
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to plan-ahead and manage multiple tasks
  • Familiar with commercial kitchen equipment and methods
  • Positive and committed attitude, with a flexible approach to work hours

Hours of Work & Holiday Entitlement

  • 40 hours per week (Mon-Sun, inclusive of evenings)
