We specialize in a diverse range of packaging solutions including retail-ready and shelf-ready packaging, promotional displays, and transit cartons. Our operations span two production sites in Newmarket, Suffolk, and Baillieston, Glasgow, enabling us to serve customers nationwide. With extensive expertise and a commitment to quality, CAPS CASES offers tailored solutions to meet the unique packaging needs of businesses across various industries.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Newmarket for a Structural Packaging Designer. The role involves designing innovative but functional packaging solutions, creating samples, and working closely with sales to provide proactive advice to meet customer needs. There will also be an element of document control through the design department, including drawing sign off, providing tooling costs and working with production on machine routing and capabilities.

- Responsible to: Sales & Marketing Manager
- Liaison with: Design Team, Production Team, Sales Team
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Impact CAD or similar software package
- Excellent attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate concepts clearly
- Previous experience in structural packaging design or related fields
- Relevant qualification in Packaging Design, Industrial Design, or a related field advantageous
- Knowledge of Illustrator Desirable
